What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a virtual SIM card built into your device. It lets you connect to a mobile network without needing a physical SIM card. Perfect for travelling without roaming fees!
Is my phone compatible with eSIM?
Most recent smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.) are eSIM compatible. Check our compatibility guide to see if your device is eligible.
In which countries can I use your eSIMs?

How long does it take to receive my eSIM?
As soon as your purchase is complete, you instantly receive your eSIM by email (with a QR code to scan) as well as in your customer account. No delivery delay.
Can I use my eSIM alongside my physical SIM card?
Yes, most compatible devices let you use both an eSIM and a physical SIM card at the same time (Dual SIM). You keep your usual number for calls and texts, and use the eSIM only for mobile data abroad.
Do eSIMs offer a good connection?
Absolutely! Our eSIMs use the best local networks in each country to guarantee a fast, reliable 4G / LTE connection.
Is eSIM data secure?
Yes. eSIM is a secure technology. All information is encrypted and managed directly by your device. There is no physical card that can be lost, stolen or copied.
When should I activate my eSIM?
Our SmartStart system lets you activate your eSIM in advance, for an instant connection as soon as you land. You can install the eSIM profile on your device before departure — it will activate as soon as you pick up a partner network at your destination.
Can I cancel or modify a purchased eSIM?
Our eSIMs are single-use digital products and cannot be refunded once activated. For any question before activation, contact contact@myflysim.com.
